Hotel Mayur By Roomsinc, Katra (Jammu and Kashmir)

The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were noisy till late at night before the allotment but had all the basic amenities. However, they were not as clean as expected. The service was satisfactory, especially Mr Bobby at Reception. The overall location is good, just near Yatra Parchi, although some facilities and staff were unprofessional in odd situations. The dining was average with only hot dogs available.

On the bright side, the service was excellent, especially thanks to Mr Bobby at Reception. The location was good, but marred by unprofessional staff and an odd dealing in some situations. The dining experience was average, with room for improvement. Facilities were decent overall.
